Our Warranty

 

This warranty provided by Dreameasy only relates to Dreameasy TV Beds, Adjustable TV Beds and Adjustable beds, any product not manufactured by Dreameasy is excluded from this warranty, however you do have your normal statutory rights under the consumer Rights Act 2015. our warranty provided is in addition to your normal consumer rights.


Dreameasy warrants that the our beds will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defect in quality, material workmanship and condition for a period of five years from delivery, unless otherwise specified and subject to conditions set out below. 


Dreameasy shall not be liable for any breach in the warranty unless: 

The Buyer provides written notice of the defect within 7 days of the time the Buyer discovers or ought to have discovered the defect; and Dreameasy is given reasonable opportunity after receiving the Buyer's notice of defect to examine the Products in question and the Buyer (if asked by Dreameasy to do so) shall return the Products to the Address at the buyers cost for the examination to take place there. 

Dreameasy shall not be liable for a breach of the warranty if: 

The Buyer makes further use of such Products after giving notice of the defect to Dreameasy. 
The defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions,         environmental factors or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the Products. 


The Buyer alters or repairs such Products without our written consent; or the buyer has not paid the contract price for the Products by the Payment date. 


if any Products do not conform with any of the warranty, then within 30 days of us examining the defective Products, we will either: 


[a] Repair or replace such Products (or the defective part) free of charge inside the first year, If service is required during subsequent years, any repair or replacement for parts or components will be made at our discretion, a charge will be applied to compensate to Dreameasy where applicable. 


[b] Refund the price of such Products (or a proportionate part of the price) provided that the Buyer delivers up the Products for collection (or, if Dreameasy so requests and at the buyers expense the buyer return the Products or the part of such Products which is defective to our address.


[1] We may ask you to supply evidence based material to claim against the warranty, i.e photographs of the defect, proof of purchase and ask for a general description of the issue, failure in sending supporting evidence may result in a product replacement delay or not being replaced. We reserve the right to send an independent expert to your property for further inspection if the supporting evidence remains inconclusive, this would be at the buyers cost initially and we will reimburse the buyer in the event of genuine product failure.


[2] We reserve the right to charge you for any financial loss in respect of customer call out's in the absence of a defect. If

Dreameasy complies with the warranty we shall have no further liability for breach of any warranty in respect of such Products. 


This warranty is valid in Great Britain and Northern Ireland only and is in addition to your statutory rights.
